Easy 13 miles along the Rhone Beautiful grapes, flowers, goats, but no bars, restaurants, or food of any kind so today was a Hammer gel day. Thank goodness for super food.

Sunday night wow I thought we’d have no problem with this walk even though we knew it was strenuous but it was dangerous straight downhill, wet slippery mud & leafs 1500ft down in just about a mile. And a very narrow path. Tomorrow we’ll have packs ship even though it is $32.50 but this is 18 miles straight up. My back cannot take that. Love Mom. Ps been saying lot’s of st Michael prayers
